When will my product get delivered?
For both one-time and recurring orders delivery time is between 1- 5 working days. Our courier partner will keep you informed about the expected delivery time. For Subscription, delivery will happen on the date as per your delivery preference.
Return Policy
Thank you for trusting us! Please refer to our terms & conditions in case you wish to return our products.
Customer is at the heart of everything we do at Menarche and your hygiene is our priority. Please be advised that orders once placed cannot be returned. The only circumstance in which an item can be accepted for return is if the customer receives a damaged good.
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the terms below. Returned products can only be replaced- no monetary rewards will be granted.
- Once sold, products can only be returned if the packaging is damaged, there was damage during transport, or the product is of inferior quality (untouched). Inferior quality is defined as quality lower than what is written in the product description. Used products cannot be returned.
- The display images are made with the use of computer graphics. Products cannot be returned on the basis that the product or packaging is not an exact replica of the display.
- To receive your replacement, the original product must be returned. We reserve the right to determine whether the product is in a satisfactory condition for use.
